This is normal. Panels do not always accept the automatic support ticket. ' . The fee for every line that could not be delivered is automatically and instantly refunded to your ' . balance; you only pay for the lines that were delivered. ' . You can see what happened on which panel, line by line, on the ' . order tracking page.

The most common reasons: the panel does not accept the support ticket, the registration page ' . does not open, the panel requires robot verification (captcha) or email verification, ' . the panel's support system is closed, or the panel is no longer online. ' . The reason is written next to each line.

For every line that could not be delivered, it is refunded to your balance automatically; ' . you do not need to take any further action. ' . You can see it on the Transaction history page.

Depending on your membership package, panel domains are partially hidden ' . (example: ab***cd.com). ' . Panels where your account was opened always appear openly — ' . because you need the address to use that account. ' . Panels that could not be delivered and were refunded stay masked. ' . The Partner package sees all panels unmasked.

Panels use different currencies. By default USD ' . is selected (about 73% of active panels). Narrowing it is optional; ' . you can clear the selection and add other currencies.

It is the software the panel runs on (PerfectPanel, SocPanel, SmartPanel, ' . RentalPanelBD, Glycon, SMMRent). It is usually not important when ordering; ' . you can use it if you want to exclude a specific platform.

Custom Username: you choose the name of the accounts opened on the panels; ' . it appears ad-free and costs extra. ' . Random prefix: a random prefix is added to the start of the account names; ' . it lowers the chance of being caught by the panels' spam filters.

If the process has started, it cannot be stopped. But the fee for lines that could not be delivered ' . is refunded automatically anyway, so you only pay for ' . the panels that were actually delivered.
