This Terms of Service Agreement Ticatus regulates the relationship between the platform ("Platform") and the individuals or entities using this platform ("User").

Company/Platform Ticatus refers to the platform and its services.
User refers to the individual or entity registered and benefiting from the services by using the platform.
Service Automatic submission of support tickets to websites for advertising and promotional services along with all other services provided by the platform.

2. Scope of Service

Our platform offers users the ability to automatically send support tickets to various websites for advertising and promotional purposes. The scope of these services includes:

  • Creation and submission of automatic support tickets to websites
  • Management and tracking of requests
  • Statistics and reporting
  • Management of user accounts

3. Terms of Use

The terms related to the use of our platform include:

3.1. Legal Use

Users are obligated to use the platform for legal purposes. All activities performed through the platform must comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the laws of the countries where services are provided.

3.2. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all content they send via the platform. Submitting requests containing the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Promotion of illegal content or products
  • Expressions containing violence, racism, discrimination
  • Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
  • Materials that infringe copyrights
  • Malicious software or links
3.3. Account Security

Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their accounts. The platform cannot be held liable for any issues arising from the sharing of account information.

4. Payment and Pricing

The pricing and payment conditions are as follows:

  • All prices are in United States Dollars ($).
  • Payments are made upfront.
  • Balances uploaded to the platform can be used for service purchases.
  • The right to change prices is reserved, but changes will not affect existing orders.

5. Privacy Policy

The confidentiality and security of user information is our highest priority. The processing, storage, and protection of personal data are carried out in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the following situations:

  • Issues arising from content created by users
  • Interruption of service or technical issues
  • Third-party websites not responding or rejecting requests
  • Problems arising from unauthorized access to the user account
  • Force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, etc.)

7. Contract Changes

The platform reserves the right to make changes to this terms of service agreement at any time. Significant changes will be announced to users via email or site notifications. Continuing to use the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination of Contract

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time and for any reason. This right may be exercised, especially in cases of violation of the terms of service.
